Two Weeks To Go

Two weeks to go:
TTB bakers busy
at the bench....

Neighbors tell us "the smells are wonderful".... Alas, we've been in the studio so long that we don't notice the aromas that arise when all that butter, sugar, fruit and eggs are turned into special holiday breads, pastries, cakes and cookies...items we'll be selling for two more special Whidbey Island weekends...

Come visit us this weekend -- in Bayview or Langley -- to see, taste, and (yes) buy those holiday items we've been talking about for weeks....butter-rich Italian Panettone (cooled upside down to retain their shape...photo at right), Marzipan Stollen, Scandinavian Julekake, Danish Kringle, decorated cookies, cookie boxes and more....

And for those of you who want a special holiday dessert,  Gerry will be baking --- by special order only --- two cakes which we'll be offering for pickup Dec. 23--- two days before Christmas and several days after our last holiday market of the season. (For a sneak peek, check our website: www.tree-topbaking.com. We'll follow up with more information in a separate e-mail soon.)

Meanwhile, we'd like once again to ask for pre-orders. Let us know as soon as you can what you would like and where you would like to pick up you order.
