Holiday Market

It's holiday baking time again...and we're ready to help make this season easier for you with a collection of delicious treats for parties, gifts and family gatherings.

Come join us this weekend -- in Bayview and in Langley -- to see all our holiday items...and begin enjoying favorites baked only at this time of the year. You'll find panettone, julekake, stollen, and, of course, kringle. We'll also have wonderful holiday cookies, gingergread, and, of course, our special fruitcake. And we'll have our regular line-up of breads and pastries. (Please note many smaller individual items we offer during the summer are not being offered the next few weeks.)

We're be selling from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays until Christmas in two location: At the Open Door Gallery + Coffee at the Bayview Cash Store at Bayview Corner and in the Old Fire Hall on Second Street in Langley (as part of the Bayview Holiday Market in Langley). Attached is a flyer showing holiday items and a pre-order form indicating when items will be baked. Please note that certain items are not available every week, and some items are by pre-order only.

We bake limited quantities of most items and, as usual, we rely heavily on pre-orders to guide us in deciding how much to bake. Please pre-order by return e-mail (the .pdf file cannot be edited) and  make sure you indicate where you want to pick up your order (in Bayview or in Langley).

Campagne (a rustic country French loaf), $6
Five-Seed Multigrain (a hearty wheat/rye bread with flax, pumpkin, sesame, millet, sunflower seeds), $6
Herb Pan Rustique (a crusty free-form loaf with Herbs de Provence), $6
Old Fashioned Cinnamon Bread, plain or iced, $6 (specify whether if you want it plain or iced)
South Whidbey Sourdough (a tangy round loaf), $6
Light Rye (a light wheat/rye bread with caraway), $6. (pre-order only)
White Chocolate Orange Viennois (white chocolate and orange peel flavor this rich breakfast bread), $4.50.
